For the last several years, Tony has provided financial and strategic leadership across Versiti, Inc. and its affiliates, playing a critical role in the organization’s growth. Tony’s area of responsibility includes leadership for the finance, supply chain, corporate development, information services and facilities functions of Versiti.
Tony and his teams bring value to Versiti by utilizing their unique knowledge, expertise and best practices to optimize and standardize policies, processes and tools across the organization, and by effectively deploying resources through investment and financial management to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
Tony has more than 30 years of experience leading areas of corporate finance, supply chain, corporate development and information systems, primarily in the pharmaceuticals industry. Prior to joining Versiti, Tony served as vice president of global purchasing and supplier management at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Deerfield, IL, with nearly $7 billion under spend management. Prior to that role, Tony served as vice president of finance for Baxter’s hemophilia and biotherapeutics business lines, supporting more than $6 billion in annual revenue. Prior to Baxter, Tony held various leadership roles at Pfizer Inc. and Eli Lilly & Company, including an overseas assignment as director of finance for Eli Lilly’s China business, headquartered in Shanghai.
Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in math and economics and a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
