Join Versiti's Associate Medical Director of the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders (CCBD), Lynn Malec, MD, MSc, for the next in our "Ask the Expert" series focusing on hemophilia basics.

Hemophilia is a genetic disorder characterized by a deficiency or absence of one of the clotting proteins in plasma. The result is delayed clotting. There are varying degrees of severity dependent on the deficiency of factor VIII or IX: mild, moderate, and severe.

Join us for an opportunity to discuss questions you have about hemophilia, and learn about the latest advances in treatment options for patients.
