It’s as simple as beginning to donate! We will automatically keep track of all platelet donations.

Gifts will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. Some gifts will be available at the donor center on the day of donation and others will be mailed. After your 8^th donation, donors will receive an email to order their raglan style shirt. Deliveries are expected within 4 weeks. After their 18^th donation, donors will receive an email to order their packable puffy vest. Vests will be sent in early 2022.

The Beacon Club honors the amazing, lifetime achievements of all Versiti blood donors. The Beacon Club Platelets is specific to platelet donors and celebrates donation milestones on an annual basis.

Versiti tests every donor’s blood to find the best matches for patients. This is how we ensure an ample blood supply for hospitals and patients. After donating, if your blood has Ro characteristics, Versiti will contact you to let you know your blood is very needed and you will be enrolled into the Ro donor loyalty club.
