Our Blood Program Partners
Our purpose is to help people live well, and through Aurora Health Care facilities, we’re devoted to giving our patients the best care possible. Every year, we use tens of thousands of units of blood to treat patients, whether it’s in the emergency room or as part of a treatment during chemotherapy or sickle cell disease. We’re committed to furthering BloodCenter’s mission by encouraging our employees and the community to donate blood. - Mary Beth Kingston, Chief Nursing Officer for Advocate Aurora Health
We have been hosting onsite blood drive events at Kohler Co. for over 15 years. BloodCenter of Wisconsin has been a great partner and takes care of all of the logistics. They make it very simple to participate and the staff is great. - Julie Lyons, Manager of Wellness for The Kohler Company
To those that much is given, much is expected. We are so fortunate to work for MillerCoors, a company that truly cares about the positive impact we make on our local communities. Supporting the local blood drive is an excellent opportunity for any of our employees to show how much we care by giving back to the communities that mean so much to us. - Jon Hussey, Vice President Milwaukee Valley Operations
At UnitedHealthcare, we serve millions of people from their earliest years through their working lives and into retirement. What unites us is our mission to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone. We are proud to participate in the 2019 Every Drop Counts Community Challenge because our employees are committed to helping people access high quality care that is responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
