Contact Information

The overall goal of my laboratory is to understand the platelet-specific mechanism underlying thromboinflammation, as a means to focus prevention efforts to decrease the incidence of hospital-acquired venous thromboembolism in children. I study the role of GAS6 and protein S signaling through their cell-surface receptors to enhance platelet activation, particularly in the setting of inflammation.
