The Indianapolis Colts blood drive tradition continues, with support from Ascension St. Vincent in the 2026-27 season.

For 27 years, the Indianapolis Colts, Versiti Blood Center of Indiana and donors across the state have come together through Bleed Blue — uniting Colts pride with a shared commitment to helping patients across Indiana.

It’s Colts fans, families, neighbors and friends turning community spirit into something patients can count on: donated blood when it’s needed most.

This season, there are three opportunities to be part of the Bleed Blue tradition.

Three Chances to Bleed Blue

Bleed Blue Blood Drive, Saturday Oct. 17, 2026

Kick off Bleed Blue’s lifesaving season at this special event with Ascension St. Vincent. Donate blood and enjoy the Colts Action Station, plus appearances by Colts Cheerleaders and mascot Blue. Donor incentives include a Colts calendar and a voucher for the limited-edition Bleed Blue football, redeemable at the Dec. 12 drive, while supplies last.

Bleed Blue Blood Drive, Saturday Dec. 12, 2026

Donate at the home of the Colts and enjoy special Colts activities and appearances. Donors can receive a limited-edition Bleed Blue football featuring Colts Head Coach Shane Steichen, while supplies last, and will be eligible for raffle prizes including Colts tickets, autographed items and merchandise.

Bleed Blue Blood Drive, Saturday Feb. 27, 2027

Bleed Blue returns to the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center for the third drive of the season. Donors can receive a limited-edition Bleed Blue football featuring Colts Head Coach Shane Steichen, while supplies last, plus additional surprises.

Colts pride can help close to home

In Crawfordsville, Indiana, Captain Bryan Shaw and his EMS team carry whole blood on their ambulances so they can begin caring for patients with severe blood loss before reaching the hospital. That blood begins with donors. When you Bleed Blue, you join a community of people giving patients across Indiana a better chance when every minute matters.
