The Colts Leadership Challenge an opportunity for young leaders on the field to practice leadership skills off the field and a way for high school teams to participate in a lifesaving service to the community. This program is specifically for Indiana high school football teams created by Indiana Blood Center and the Indianapolis Colts.
How It Works
High school football teams, coaches, and cheerleading squads commit to host a blood drive with Indiana Blood Center between July 1 and July 31. Then, you’ll set a goal and challenge other teams in your conference to participate for one of three rewards. Lastly, players and cheerleaders recruit friends, family members, and members of their community to participate in the drive (make appointments).
