BloodCenter of Wisconsin provides blood clotting factors and plasma derivative products to treat patients of all ages who have rare bleeding disorders, such as hemophilia and von Willebrand disease. We distribute these products to hospitals and other treatment facilities, as well as directly to patients’ homes through Versiti’s Homecare Pharmacy Program. BloodCenter is licensed as a wholesale distributor in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa.

BloodCenter stocks and distributes a variety of antihemophilic factor concentrates and plasma derivative products used to treat patients with hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and other rare bleeding disorders.
Hospitals and other outpatient treatment sites can access products to treat patients requiring routine infusions, in emergency situations and in the event of invasive procedures that require therapy. In addition, physicians and other clinicians at our Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders (CCBD) provide surgeons and emergency room personnel with expert guidance on product selection, appropriate dosing and administration of factor replacement products.
Delivery to your institution can be arranged on a routine basis, or within hours in the event of patient emergencies. Our Hospital Services staff is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you in obtaining the products your patients need, when and where they need them.

Information for Patients
Our patient services coordinator and the rest of BloodCenter's pharmacy staff will arrange delivery of products directly to your home and will bill your insurance company on your behalf. BloodCenter can provide all factor replacement products currently approved by the FDA. Patients enrolled in programs of the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders (CCBD) can obtain factor replacement products for self-administration in the home through BloodCenter's Homecare Pharmacy program. CCBD is a federally funded Hemophilia Treatment Center and participates in the 340B Drug Discount program.
