Lynne is responsible for Versiti’s information services (IS) systems and infrastructure across all locations. This includes main blood operation, laboratory, financial, supply chain and donor recruitment systems, as well as networks, data centers, telephony and collaboration tools. Lynne has also developed new business differentiating systems/services with Versiti customers, including Antigen Query, and (in partnership with Fresenius Kabi) a pilot of an RFID-based visibility and blood utilization analysis system for hospitals.

In forming One Versiti IS, Lynne and her team focus on the enormous effort of consolidating, standardizing and streamlining IS structure and services to align with and optimize Versiti's corporate service line strategies. They continue to look ahead and advise on many industry-level initiatives in the use of information technology to improve how we serve patients and deliver products and services.

Previously, Lynne was senior vice president of software engineering for Catalyst International, based in Wisconsin. Lynne has worked in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, as well as on the vendor side of information technology in the supply chain, retail and behavioral health industries. She also spent more than 10 years in military systems development and training.

Lynne earned a Bachelor of Science in information systems and economics from the University of Minnesota Carlson School, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Lynne also completed graduate work in labor and industrial relations at the University of Illinois Institute for Labor and Industrial Relations, with a focus on organizational behavior.

Lynne is a member and prior chair of the AABB IS committee; co-chairs the International Society for Blood Transfusion information Technology (ISBT) RFID working party; and is a member of the ISBT executive IT committee. She is also a member of Technology United and is active with the American Heart Association.

She currently serves as a board member for Ascension Healthcare in Wisconsin.
