Donating blood is safe, simple, and takes about an hour from start to finish, with the donationitself lasting about 15 minutes.
Eligible donors must:
- Be 17 years or older (16 with parental consent)
- Be in good health and meet eligibility requirements
- Bring a government-issued photo ID that includes their birth date

The Chicago Fire Football Club (Chicago Fire FC) is an American professional soccer club that competes in Major League Soccer (MLS), the top U.S. domestic league.
